Responsible for deal sourcing, contractor and subcontractor management, and property-manager relationships. Co-owner of Vicinia Partners, managing 80 properties across Griffin, Georgia, with deep specialization in value-add renovations.
Responsible for underwriting, capital structure, investor relations, and platform-level financial discipline. Managing Partner of Decar Group with over $4.10B in debt financing arranged, $12B portfolio separation experience, and 31 CMBS deals totaling $28B underwritten.
Lauren joins Argo Ventures from Brunstad Law, where she served as a transaction specialist with deep experience in real estate transactions, deal coordination, and closing operations. As COO, she oversees day-to-day operations across the Argo Ventures and Vicinia portfolio, helping drive execution and scale the platform's growing real estate investment activity.
Will leads the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of Argo Ventures' real estate investments. With a strong track record in Arizona's multifamily and residential markets, he has structured a $100M multifamily entitlement land deal and acquired over 75 single-family homes for a hedge fund's build-to-rent/buy-to-rent strategy. His experience spans entitlement, deal structuring, and high-volume acquisition.
